Easily promote the address you want to appear as Primary on the main Contact Detail view by clicking the Primary button above that address in the Addresses tab.

Quickly identify the age of a contact without having the do the math. Wherever a Birthday field is displayed the age automatically calculates anytime you access the Contact Record. These fields appear in the Family and Personal Info tabs.

Track any and all field changes to each Contact Record by user with the Audit System. The Audit System monitors any field changes that occur in the database and records it in a separate Microsoft® Access database.

Keep a log of contacts you want to remember, whether they have immediate action associated or simply need to be updated, in the Contact Recorder dialog box. The Contact Recorder Bookmark acts as a bookmark within the product by recording the contact name and date and time the Contact was recorded allowing for quick navigation back to each contact recorded.

Save critical information you need to remember about a client right on the main Contact Detail view in the Important Notes field. For example, if the client recently had a baby and you want to be sure to mention it on your next call, keep this information in the Important Notes field so it is in full view.

Easily track and update any missing information you have for each contact with the Missing Info notification. It pulls relevant blank fields from the Contact Record for a quick view of fields that require data.

Utilize Dynamic Labels to adapt field names for more accurate prospect and client data. This allows the user to track information most important to them and their clients and label it accordingly.
